Please take a moment to review the following guidelines before booking or using any of our services. By confirming a reservation, entering the premises, or participating in any activities or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Age Requirement:
To maintain a safe and lawful environment, access to casino facilities is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. This includes gaming floors, lounges, and any restricted events or promotions.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at entry and may be requested at any time.
Guests under 21 may access non-casino areas only when accompanied by an adult and are strictly prohibited from entering gaming zones.

2. Reservations & Cancellations:
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of valid payment or deposit.
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours prior to check-in. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay or more, depending on the booking terms.
No-shows may be charged the full booking amount unless otherwise stated. Please refer to your confirmation email for details related to your reservation.

3. Gaming Policy:
We promote responsible gaming to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Guests should play responsibly and stay within their limits. Management may limit play, deny service, or restrict access if behavior appears unsafe or disruptive.
Support, including self-exclusion or voluntary limits, is available through Guest Services or the Responsible Gaming team. Guest well-being is always a priority.

4. Guest Conduct:
All guests are expected to uphold respectful and courteous behavior towards staff, property, and fellow guests.
Harassment, inappropriate language, or aggressive actions are strictly prohibited.
Acts such as vandalism, theft, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from the property and notification of authorities.
Certain areas may enforce dress codes; please observe posted signage or consult the concierge for details.
Services may be denied or reservations canceled in the event of misconduct.

5. Liability & Security:
Guest safety is a top priority, and security measures are in place across the property.
However, we are not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or left unattended.
Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes or secure front desk storage for valuables such as passports, jewelry, or large amounts of money.
Surveillance is active in key areas for protection, but guests should also remain vigilant.

6. Changes to Terms:
These terms may be revised at any time without prior notice to reflect policy changes, legal updates, or service adjustments.
Continued use of the facilities or services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
Guests are encouraged to check this section periodically to stay informed of any modifications.
